Gratified. took root in 1999, when our founder Alice learned the art of HTML from a library book, and discovered the magic of enabling online connection (via clunky web design, a scanner, and a bootlegged copy of Paint Shop Pro).
The landscape has evolved, but this thirst for connecting communities with brilliant content has remained a cornerstone of the business ever since.
Working within social media and influencer marketing since 2005, our “iconic” (thanks, CORQ.) and award-winning founder is now one of the industry’s formative veterans.

A geriatric in digital terms, Gratified. Founder Alice has clocked up two decades working in social. She was instrumental in leading pre-2010 influencer and digital marketing efforts for industry giant Vice Media, helping them achieve a valuation of $5.7 bn, and has crafted more recent award-winning strategies for brands including IKEA, Diageo, Penguin Random House, and L'Oréal.
Before launching Gratified. Alice spent time on the leadership teams of agencies such as Ogilvy, Billion Dollar Boy, and Influencer.
Alice has also experienced life as a content creator, writing a book, The Back-Up Plan (published by Harper Collins), and hosting an Etsy-sponsored podcast of the same name.
Ex-Management Consultant Chiara brings a unique blend of commercial and data skills to the Gratified team, combining her sharp Consulting background with keen insight into digital dynamics and user behaviour.
She's a pro at merging the precision of data analytics with an unsurpassed creative intuition to develop strategies that enable brands and creators to excel. There's nothing Chiara doesn't know about successful TikTok content, and her algorithmic instincts are second-to-none.
It's not just theory for Chiara – she's lived it. Her own TikTok channel has seen impressive growth over the last year, and she loves nothing more than to help others achieve similar success.
Content Partner Kate transitioned from teaching Art and Design to social strategy and content creation three years ago.
Her background in education enables her to uniquely inspire others through authentic storytelling and proven effectiveness, and her encyclopaedic knowledge in the psychology of content formats is an asset to any brand.
A popular content creator in her own right, Kate has an unrivalled knack to turn any brief into impactful results.
Her work in the UGC sector since its launch is proof in itself - you won't find a more encompassing knowledge of ad frameworks (and insane results!).
Dan brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic skillset to Gratified. With a background as a seasoned management consultant and sales operations specialist, Dan has honed a unique blend of analytical prowess, creative flair, and empathetic understanding.
